I LOVE Heke Homemade Herbal teas! Emma is helpful, knowledgeable and is a pleasure to deal with. The sleep tea has changed my life because instead of tossing and turning like I always did I now drift off easily every night ( this sounds like an infomercial but it has really worked). My partner is now converted to Sleep tea as well and so I make a pot for us to share every night. Could not recommend more highly !

Our Story began with a Love of Tea and a Loathe of Lawnmowing!

Heke Homemade Herbals expanded to create over 70 different blends, supplying  retailers throughout NZ and graduated from Facebook Messenger sales to this website. Won Silver Medals at the Outstanding NZ Food Producer Awards in 2019 (Awake & Aware) and 2020 (Soothe).

We still make small, hand-crafted batches and package the Teas ourselves but have moved out of home and into two custom-made cabins on the property. I now 'go to work' (down 5 steps and around the corner, lol). As well as the Tea Blends on this website I also create teas for Corporate Gift Baskets, Wellness Centres, Retreats, Cafes, Hairdressers, Gift Shops, Organic shops, Boutique Accommodation and other NZ Businesses.
